Seasonal Tailor-Made Soiree
Seasonal Soirees offer exclusive and intimate gatherings designed to foster connections for each guest. These events take place on select dates throughout the year. Guests are provided a specially crafted 3-course plant-based menu and mocktails, meticulously prepared for its nutritional benefits by a Registered Dietitian. Integral to the experience are guided conversations designed to be both meaningful and engaging. In addition, during our seasonal gatherings, Tailor Made Soiree takes great joy in fostering collaborations and showcasing fellow businesses that align with its values.

Is there a dress code for the spring soiree?
Our soirees have themes, however, we encourage you to wear anything that makes you feel confident and beautiful.
Is the menu vegetarian/vegan?
Yes, all our ingredients are made without animal-based products. We aim to provide a menu that can satisfy all types of tastebuds and welcome non-vegans/vegetarians to try out our menu.
Are all ingredients organic and/or local?
We aim to use organic ingredients at all our soirees, however, some organic ingredients may not be available in the market, and in place, we will use non-GMO ingredients. Sustainability is important to us, so we will use local and seasonal ingredients as able. Organic foods are marked with an asterisk on our menu.
Can I modify my menu selection?
Our menu is a carefully curated prix-fixe selection, designed to provide a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all guests. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate modifications or substitutions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special dining experience with you.
Are the soirees only for women?
Our Soiree is focused on women’s health because it’s what we know best. We want our guests to have a safe space to gather and talk about topics that are important to their well-being. On some occasions, we do host an all gender inclusive soiree.
We also offer Private Soirees which is perfect for all genders. There are 3 packages to choose from.
Can I refund my ticket?
We are unable to refund tickets at this time, but tickets are transferable to another guest. Guests who purchase a ticket(s) will be responsible for arranging ticket payment(s) with whom they choose to transfer their ticket.
How can I transfer my ticket to another guest?
Please e-mail the request for ticket transfer to info@tailormadesoiree.com and include in the subject line: TICKET TRANSFER. In the e-mail, please include your name, e-mail, phone number, and the guest’s full name, e-mail, and phone number to whom you will transfer the ticket.

As a registered dietitian, I am inspired by my clinical experience to promote wellness through food and healthy eating. I hope through the food I provide for Tailor Made Soiree guests, each individual can be inspired to incorporate more tasteful and flavorful plant-based foods into their diet.

Charsaw Farms is a family-owned lavender farm in the beautiful wine country of Napa, California. They produce handmade oils, tinctures, soaps, and baked goods from the lavender that they grow and harvest by hand.
Guests dined al fresco and enjoyed a summer-inspired table setting overlooking the vineyards, indulged in a 4-course menu from farm-fresh seasonal ingredients, did a private tour of the lavender farm and learned about their processes, and discussed the chosen wellness topic: stress management.

Nestled in Sonoma, CA, Cassidy Ranch is a certified organic farm, cultivating a diverse array of over 100 flower, fruit, vegetable, and herb varieties. Guests were given the opportunity to tour the farm with one of their amazing owners, Elizabeth and had the chance to wander through the fields, while also handpicking flowers to craft personalized bouquets to take home. The experience culminated in a delectable four-course plant-based menu, meticulously curated to showcase the farm's vibrant, locally sourced ingredients.

San Francisco’s soiree took place in a mid-century modern aesthetic private property, curated for women who wanted to implement mindfulness to manage stress and maintain well-being . A registered dietitian guided guests in how to implement mindful eating through each course from our 4 course menu. Committed to promoting organic, sustainable, and community engagement, we featured San Francisco's delicious Samovar Teas—known for their unparalleled quality and dedication to small-batch, organic tea production.

Our winter soiree took place at a beautiful private property in Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek is known for its suburban charm, cultural amenities, and convenient access to both urban and natural attractions in the San Francisco Bay Area. We featured two non-alcoholic brands: Noughty and Seedlip. Noughty is a B-corp certified, vegan, halal, organic, non-alcoholic wine brand. Seedlip offers non-alcoholic spirits, made with herbal ingredients, devoted to sustainability. Guests engaged in a guided activity focused on discussing the importance of the present moment and how to implement mindful eating, led by our registered dietitian throughout the four-course meal.

The Mellow Haight, a charming local establishment in the Haight neighborhood of San Francisco, CA. With its delightful array of offerings including houseplants, home decor, gifts, vegan friendly snacks, live music every Saturday, specialty coffee, engaging workshops, and unique venue rentals, The Mellow offers a distinctive and intimate retail experience.
Guests celebrated sustainable fashion through an eco-friendly initiative. They exchanged gently pre-loved clean garments while sipping on wellness drinks and enjoying the seasonal small bites. Following the exchange, guests indulge in local and seasonal ingredients from our new spring three-course plant based menu for a truly enriching experience.

Guests experienced a unique European summer inspired soiree in August at Virls Natural House, in Fremont. This beautiful venue is ideal for various gatherings, including baby showers, micro-weddings, bridal showers, and birthday celebrations. Virl is the creative mind behind this venue and is a multi-talented individual. She is a professional photographer with 9+ years of experience. Her style is candid and inspiring with a touch of cinematic flair.
Upon arrival, guests enjoyed welcome refreshments and engaged in a brief guided activity session designed to foster connections. Guests experienced an individual photography session with Virl to capture their summer-inspired attire.
After the photography session, guests dined al fresco style and was served our seasonal summer salad, fresh ravioli served tableside, and a creamy ice cream dessert while enjoying a beautifully styled European inspired table setting.
